Alla Bout And Viktor Bout – How Long Are They Together?
Alla Bout And Viktor Bout have stayed together for almost 30 years, including his prison time.
Although they physically lived together for only 16 years before Viktor was arrested in 2008, they have not separated and living their lives waiting to meet each other one day.
