Fetty Luciano, a Brooklyn-based artist also known as Remy Marshall, was arrested and charged with attempted murder and illegal possession of a weapon after a shooting at the Glen Cove Mansion party.

A Brooklyn man was detained by police on Thursday in connection with a shooting that occurred on July 10 at a hotel in Glen Cove and injured three people.

Is Fetty Luciano Arrested?

Fetty Luciano has been arrested in connection with the pool party shooting that occurred at a Great Gatsby-style 187-room retreat on Long Island’s Gold Coast earlier this month and left three people injured.

Authorities estimate that 150 to 200 individuals attended the hip-hop pool party at The Mansion at Glen Cove, where three people were shot and injured.

According to the police, the incident happened while a security guard was escorting someone out of the party.

After a few days, representatives from the State Liquor Authority took action to terminate the hotel’s liquor license, citing several infractions of the law and charging hotel management with handing over control of the location to the promoter who had planned the party.

Glen Cove police announced Luciano’s arrest on Thursday and said he was being convicted of murder and crimes involving weapons.

Later on in the day, he is anticipated to be arraigned. There was no immediate way to find out who his attorney was. According to Glen Cove police, the NYPD contributed to the case’s conclusion.

Fetty Luciano Murder Charges 

Fetty Luciano was imprisoned on charges of attempted murder and illegal possession of a weapon.

Criminal possession of a weapon in the first degree is a class B felony in New York City. The least sentence carries a five-year prison term, and the highest sentence carries a 25-year prison term.

Pamela Panzenbeck, the mayor of Glen Cove, criticized the party planners following the shooting and asserted that those responsible for the violence were from outside the area.

She claimed that while similar private parties have in the past resulted in noise complaints, the most recent incident was a deal-breaker for her, and she vowed to limit any further permits at the site.

Fetty Luciano turned himself into the Glen Cove Police Department with the assistance of his Manhattan criminal defense lawyer, Javier Solano.

According to police, Fetty is charged with shooting two partygoers who were taken to Glen Cove Hospital, as well as a security guard at the Mansion’s entrance.

According to Det. Lt. John Nagle of Glen Cove, the crime was investigated by both Glen Cove and New York City Police. The Mansion was accused of 10 breaches of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, and the New York State Liquor Authority suspended the establishment’s liquor license.

The charges include operating as a nightclub in violation of the application and hosting an outdoor concert without the necessary local permissions.

The SLA claims that when the police came, partygoers were pushing and shoving to leave the building as staff members tried to clean up the blood from the crime scene. Patrons, staff members, and promoters were stealing liquor bottles and putting alcohol cartons into their cars.
