Frank Mortenson has been identified as a suspect who supposedly live-streamed the mass shooting that took place in Buffalo on May 14 in broad daylight.
On Saturday afternoon, ten people were killed, and three others were injured outside and inside a Tops supermarket on Jefferson Avenue.
Eleven of the thirteen victims were black. The shooting was a racially motivated hate crime, according to police and prosecutors.
Frank Mortenson has been linked with the shooter Payton Gendron who had a camera on his body during the shooting.
Payton S. Gendron, 18, of Conklin, Broome County, was charged with first-degree murder before Buffalo City Court Judge Craig Hannah on Saturday evening.

Who Is Frank Mortenson?
Frank Mortenson is a Twitch streamer who live-streamed the Buffalo mass shooting. Before the shooting take place, Frank published a manifesto in which he described himself as a white supremacist.
According to a 106-page online manifesto posted by Mortenson, he was motivated by a conspiracy theory that white people were being manipulated by people of other races.
He stated that he was 18 and that he was a white supremacist and anti-Semitic in the document.

It is speculation at this point, but he was most likely working with gunman Payton Gendron of Conklin.
In the manifesto, he sends a message to the public that the birth of white children needs to change as the population shrinks on a daily basis.
He thinks that in order to maintain a population, people must achieve birth rates close to replacement fertility levels, which in the Western world is around 2.06 children per woman.

Frank Mortenson is alive and in police custody after he streamed the Buffalo mass shooting on the popular streaming platform Twitch.
Twitch removed the horrifying stream that goes against its policy less than two minutes after the violence started.

According to police sources, the shooter was dressed in body armor, wore a military-grade helmet, and was armed with a high-powered rifle.
Payton has been described as a white man in his teens with dirty blonde hair.
Moreover, the shooter also had a camera on his body and they are investigating whether he live-streamed from the scene. According to sources, the shooter was apprehended and placed in a police vehicle at the scene.

What Happened To Frank Mortenson?
Frank Mortenson was apprehended and taken into police custody. He allegedly live-streamed the attack on Twitch and published a manifesto calling himself a white supremacist.
The 17-year-old Trump supporter broadcasted a fatal attack that took place in Buffalo, New York, on the internet. His twitch stream was taken down two minutes into the live stream.
He is currently in jail and is awaiting trial.
