Liam Coen and Ashley Coen announced they were getting married in early 2021. They started dating when the coach was at Los Angeles Rams.
Ashley claims that they met through Hinge, a dating app. The couple talked for a few weeks in the app before the football coach finally asked her out.
The 37-year-old coach asked his soon-to-be partner, “do you want to go to a football game.” Considering Mrs. Coen is a massive football fan, it was surprising for him to hear no as an answer.
Ashley, who was in San Francisco for a business trip, could not meet Liam at short notice. However, they kept in touch and had their first date on New year’s eve.
They had a perfect date night, and the couple went to West Hollywood to attend his friend’s house party. He introduced her to his friends and had a great night. Ashley also mentions that they had nachos and cocktails before they returned home, making the first date complete.

They named their son Jackson Ford Coen who was 7lbs 15oz and 20 inches long during his birth. He is currently seventeen months old.

Liam Coen was born into an athletic household. His passion for football comes from his father Tim Coen.
Tim, his dad, worked to establish the program at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, where he coached for seven seasons and had a 53-12 record. He then accepted a coaching position at La Salle Academy in Newport, RI, where he would coach Liam.
Moreover, Phillip Coen, his grandfather, was a team captain for Boston College and a Brown assistant coach in the 1950s. Tim recalls Liam sketching a perfect wishbone shape when he was four.
Born on November 8, 1985, young Liam would ask his father to toss him a football while he ran routes throughout the living room and plunged to the floor on evenings when Tim watched television. His dad would teach Liam how to lead a receiver and throw on the move by tossing passes to each other for hours in the backyard.
Kentucky OC has started his own family now with his partner Ashley and a son Jackson. The family of three enjoyed their first Christmas at Lexington Country Club. Jackson went to his first football game at Camping World Stadium during Kentucky’s 20-17 win against Iowa.
