Lori Vallow Case Update
Vallow Daybell had already been deemed unfit for trial by District Judge Steven Boyce, who ordered her to spend at least 180 days in an Idaho mental hospital.
On June 8, 2021, Vallow was committed to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare after a mental health specialist determined she was not competent to stand trial.
The date for the arraignment has been set for April 19. The trial is scheduled to begin in January 2023.
In the case of JJ, Tylee, and his first wife, Tammy, Daybell has been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
He has pled not guilty to all of the accusations brought against him in Idaho.
