Minal Modi, aka Minal Sagrani, was the daughter of Nigeria-based Sindhi Hindu businessman Pesu Aswani. Her mother, Indra Aswani, was a homemaker.
Minal belongs to India’s oldest and most elegant Sindhi family. She has a sister named Priya, who studied at London’s Inchbald School Of Design. Also, his first marriage was to a Saudi Arabian businessman, Jack Sarani.
