QB Nik Scalzo Sister Jensen Scalzo Is An Arkansas Gymnast
Nik Scalzo sister Jensen Scalzo is a gymnast for Razorback Rundown Gymnastics. Jensen has been involved with American Twisters Gymnastics.
Nik is a quarterback who rose to fame by starring in the Netflix series QB1: Beyond the Lights during season 3. He then went on to sign with Kentucky Wildcats in 2019 as a quarterback. While still in high school, Nik was offered a scholarship to the University of Illinois and Kentucky as a dual-threat quarterback.
Scalzo then transferred to Samford to play for the Bulldogs. He missed his first football season thereafter an ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) tear in his left knee. In his high school career, Nik has completed 60% of his passes spread across 6,471 yards with only 23 interceptions in 74 touchdowns.

Nick Scalzo sister Jensen Scalzo is the founder and producer of the Arkansas based talk show Razorback Rundowns.
Scalzo is a gymnast athete at University of Arkansas. Her best as of now was in her freshman year, with 9.925 at Auburn in March of last year, which was the season’s best.
In an interview with Arkansas Razorbacks’ YouTube channel about her experience of having the season’s best record, Jensen explained that she could achieve all this because of being intentional and paying attention to details. Besides that, she added that being joyful and being in the moment also helped.

In December 2019, Jensen got a full-ride gymnastics scholarship to continue their gymnastics career throughout college. Talking about this experience, Jensen commented that she had been committed to it for so long, and singing the paper symbolized that her hard work of all these years had paid off.
The gymnast’s dream is to see herself on ESPN one day, so she is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications with Broadcast Journalism as a major and a minor in Sports Management. She cites her friend Sage Steele as one of her significant inspirations to pursue a career in sports broadcasting.
In part to work for her dream, she created Razorback Rundown, a talk show featuring members of the Arkansas gymnastics teams. With this, she hopes to gain experience writing scripts, researching athlete stats, and interviewing.

Before joining the University, she was a level ten gymnast at American Twisters Gymnastics in Florida. And for the last six years before joining Arkansas, she had competed at Florida State Championship.
And currently, in her Sophomore year, she competed in all 13 meets in the bars lineup.
Jensen is an all-rounder; she has been involved in seven activities and sports, including American football, soccer, basketball, diving, tennis, horseback riding, and dancing. She started gymnastics when she was just two.

Nik’s parents Jerry Scalzo and Amber Scalzo currently reside in Parkland, a suburb northwest of Miami.
Jerry Scalzo is an entrepreneur who is involved in multiple businesses and is also an assistant manager at Cardinal Gibbons High School. He owns Suntower Hotel and Suites, a gym, a general contractor by trade, and multiple properties some of which he rents out as Air BnB.
While speaking at Elev8Life Education, he revealed that he didn’t go to college to study but rather to play football, he never dreamed of being an entrepreneur. But, unfortunately, he had to cut his dream short after getting into a motorcycle accident in his junior year. So, there he started to get into entrepreneurship.
One of Jerry’s major pieces of advice is for young entrepreneurs “it’s not about how good you are it is about, how good everyone else around you is”.
During the recession of 2007-2008, Jerry and Amber lost everything in the real estate market crash.

Amber and Jerry have been for 26 years now. They got married in 1996. On their 25th anniversary, they marked the occasion by wearing matching shirts. Together both of them like going on adventures to places like Blue Spring State Park and Fiesta Key RV Resort and Marina.
