Paige Thorne’s dad wasn’t very happy when he realized she had lied to him and the whole family by saying she was on a work trip when the reality was much different.
Her parents had to be persuaded after learning she had signed up to appear on Love Island, according to Dailystar. Although her mother was fully supportive of her decision, her father reacted in a very negative way.
Mr. Thorne apparently did not want his only daughter on the show doing things he wouldn’t approve of for everyone to see and felt very worried.
According to the 24-year-old paramedic, her dad has never watched the show, so in his mind, he’s made it out to be something it’s not.

Not much about her family is known. However, we can deduce that she has at least three brothers based on her graduation photos, which she has shared on Instagram.
Two of her brothers appear to be in their early to mid-twenties, while her younger brother appears to be a long way from being a teenager.

Paige Thorne is 23 years old as she was born on September 15, 1998, in Swansea, Wales. Thorne started working as a paramedic six months before the global pandemic and has only ever known the pandemic throughout her career.
She quit her job to appear on the show and refused to give her boss more than three weeks’ notice before leaving for the villa to avoid jeopardizing her chances of landing a role.
Paige promises to return to her role as a paramedic once she leaves the show, claiming that her job as a paramedic will help her stay calm in the villa.
Additionally, she said in an interview with The Mirror and other media that she will without a doubt return to working as a paramedic without hesitation.

However, the number of followers increased by thousands in just one night after she was announced as the first applicant for Love Island Season 2022. She had over 27.2K followers at the time of writing this article.
