Who Was Dolores Rivera? Ron Rivera’s Mom Was A Philanthropist

Ron Rivera’s mom Dolores Rivera was a philanthropist who dedicated her entire life to giving to charities.

She and her family made their home in Pauline Cordova Palma, Mexico, where she enjoyed beautiful times with her four kids, Steven, Mickey, Ron, and John.

On October 31, 2022, she passed away from her protracted cancer illness, with her husband and family by her side. Ron wasn’t even present for training sessions because he was devastated by the news.

Due to his father’s military obligations, the family relocated frequently. Rivera received his education at military stations in Germany, Panama, and Washington, D.C., where Dolores loved decorating each new home.

Dolores donated to numerous nonprofit organizations, including the Humane Society, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Disabled Veterans of America. She was kind and charitable.

Despite becoming a philanthropist, Dolores’ family remained the main priority in her life. She devoted her life to fostering values that valued education, devotion, and the strength of family ties and enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren play sports.

Her husband, Eugenio and their three sons: Steve, Ron, and John have been in mourning since her passing Her brother, Bob Palma, sisters, Irene Goward and Phyllis Tobias, are among those she left behind.

Dolores Rivera Was Married To US Army Veteran Husband

Dolores Rivera met her husband, Eugenio Rivera-Munoz, while he was stationed at Fort Ord. 

Aikman’s father is a 30-year US Army Veteran.

She was accustomed to overcoming tremendous obstacles with ease because her husband, Eugenio Rivera, was in the army for a very long time and spent time serving as an officer and guiding people during all forms of pandemonium.

They traveled the world together and enjoyed taking their four sons along since they loved exploring new places and trying new things.

They parented four children, sons Steven, Mickey, Ron and John. They are all married. Steven married Toni, Mickey wedded Rosemary, Ron is with Stephanie and John settled down with Suzi.

Unfortunately, her son, Mickey, passed long before she did, as did her parents, brothers, Jimmy Palma, Margarito Palma, Jr., Gilbert Palma, Larry Palma, and sister, Vickie Vallez.

When Dolores passed away, her husband and their children were by her side. Eugenio now resides with his son Ron, who takes wonderful care of his father.

Ron Rivera’s Had A Very Difficult Time When His Mom Dolores Passed Away

Ron Rivera faced challenges during his tenure as Washington Commanders’ head coach when his mother passed away.

The loss of his mother is the most recent difficulty Rivera has dealt with in his role as the Commanders’ head coach. A cancer diagnosis plagued his mom Dolores Rivera in 2020, and he endured treatment throughout the campaign.

This was another test of Rivera’s mental and emotional fortitude in addition to all the other difficulties he has had in terms of public relations.

He was appreciative that he could see her for two days last week.
