Taylor Heinicke and his sister Lauren McAndrew have a good bonding with each other and even though she is married they still act like a child when they are with each other.

 Both of them attended Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, where Georgia Kevin Reach expertly trained him and his sister, who was likewise gifted but put more of an emphasis on her education.

At Collins Hill High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where he played football for head coach Kevin Reach and was supported by his sister, Heinicke was named to the all-state team as a junior after leading Collins Hill to a 10-4 record and a trip to the Class A semifinals.

He broke numerous records and was honored in Georgia as the Old Spice National Player of the Year. She assisted him with his football gear and he receives an athletic scholarship from Old Dominion University in 2011.

Since joining the NFL in 2015, the Georgia native has moved five times and failed to find a stable team. He also nearly suffered a mental collapse before his sister and brother-in-law intervened to keep him focused on his career.

Brett Keinicke and Diane Dodsworth, are the proud parents of Lauren Heinicke and Taylor Heinicke.

Heinicke’s father passed away in 2011 at the age of 50. He unexpectedly passed away in December 2011 as a result of a heart attack.

Their mother divorced their father just before he passed away, and she afterward wed Mike Dodsworth, who is said to have been a big fan of their father. Even though they weren’t present when Taylor’s father passed away, his parents still appeared to be there for him and his sister at all times.

Heinicke had just finished his first year of quarterbacking at Old Dominion University at the time. The father-son team’s college football coach also remarked on how close and “Inseparable” they were.

His father was mostly responsible for instilling in him a strong work ethic. Heinicke claims that his father frequently advised him to keep up his hard work and achieve success.

It seems sensible that he would consider his father to be one of the most significant influences in his life and someone he greatly admired. Even though his father is no longer alive, he still sends birthday wishes to him and thinks of him on occasions like Father’s Day.

Taylor Heinicke Late Father Added Emotion To Football Games

When their favorite team won, Taylor Heinickie’s late father Brett Heinicke would run and yell, adding so much emotion to the game.

Brett Heinicke prepared the one dish everyone always praised for the Super Bowl XLV festivities at their suburban Atlanta home 11 years ago: bratwursts. He would bring it to the teams his son Taylor Heinicke coached, from little league to collegiate play.

It stands to reason that he would prepare it if his favorite Green Bay Packers were in a championship game. Bobby Wilder, Heinicke’s college coach, once remarked that he had never witnessed a father and son bond this tight.

However, he may draw on the football teachings his father taught him as he attempts to get out of a difficult period, beginning in the eighth grade when he threw an interception in his first game and cost his team a victory.
