Ryan Yarbrough Wife Nicole Yarbrough Played Lacrosse All Through High School And College

Ryan Yarbrough wife Nicole Yarbrough is 29 years old and celebrates her birthday on October 24.

Ryan and Nicole have an age gap of one year and ten months. They connected over their love for sports. While he was making history at the baseball field, she knew her way around lacrosse.

She is 5’9″ and had good stats while playing lacrosse in high school and college. Nicole made it to All-SSC second team and recorded the highest draw controls in 2015.  Aside from being a former lacrosse player, she is also a huge baseball fan, which is how she met her husband. 

She started playing during high school when she went to Winter Park High school in Florida. Nicole played for four seasons there. 

After graduating high school in 2012, she went to Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she played Division I lacrosse in the 2013 and 2014 seasons. She played 27 league games in total during her years at ODU. 

Nicole got to showcase her lacrosse prowess when she played as a “Florida Sothern Moccasin” at Florida Southern College. She made 18 game starts, had 4 assists, and scored 4 points in her first season. By the end of her “Mocs” career, she had a combined 11 turnovers and 7 draw controls. 

Nicole didn’t continue playing the sport after she graduated college. Perhaps life got in the way. 

Her parents, Joe and Lisa Bellini, and her brother Joey always supported her. In 2020, Nicole complained that she couldn’t even get a hug from her dad and brother, who traveled from Cincinnati to meet her for her birthday, due to Covid restrictions. “Definitely weird,” she said.

While Nicole’s lacrosse career was coming to a halt, her then-boyfriend, now husband’s baseball career, was starting to pick up. After being drafted into the MLB in 2014, he played for AZL Mariners, Clinton LumberKings, and Bakersfield Blaze by 2016. 

Ryan signing for Kansas is a new chapter for the family. With newfound motherhood and a move across the country, Nicole has every right to be excited about her family’s future. 

Ryan Yarbrough and Nicole Yarbrough married in November 2019 after dating for seven years.

Nicole and Ryan met for the first time at a baseball party in 2012 at Bud Metheny Baseball Complex. They were students at Old Dominion University. The two started dating on December 14, 2012.

After six years of relationship, Ryan finally proposed to Nicole on April 20, 2018, at the beach of the Don CeSar Resort in Florida. She wore a nice dark dress, while he kept it casual with a plain shirt and shorts. 

Ryan had a good 2018, both in his personal and professional life. He finished the season with 16 wins, the highest for a rookie in the franchise’s history. 

She had her bridal shower in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Their wedding occurred at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate on November 9, 2019. “I can’t believe I get to call you my wife for the rest of my life. I love you!!” Ryan wrote on his Instagram post announcing his wedding to his fans. 

Before their wedding, they hired the photographer Kristen Weaver to do an engagement shoot. The photos came out great. Seeing as baseball is what brought the couple together, they took some photos in their Rays jerseys. 

They announced their pregnancy publicly on April 12, 2021. The reveal party was hosted in a grand fashion by a friend of the couple. 

Before welcoming their daughter Harper, the two were parents of a beautiful labrador named Coop. The family of 3, including Coop, moved into their first house as homeowners in June 2020. 

Harper Lin Yarbrough came to this world on October 10, 2021. At 14 months old, she goes to her dad’s games with her mom. Nicole loves to take Harper out to fun activities. They have been to pumpkin patches, golf courses and recently went to Walt Disney World. 

Ryan and Nicole Yarbrough are wonderful parents in addition to being good people. Their family will surely thrive in their new home in Kansas City.
