Tim Goodell Wife Karen Jackson Is A Real Estate Broker

Tim Goodell wife Karen Goodell is an associate broker at the ERA Team VP Real Estate. 

Karen Goodell, age 62, is a graduate of the State University of New York College and has successfully established herself as a known name in the difficult world of real estate. 

If you check out the ERA website, the mother of four is lauded by her clients with five-star reviews. She is a veteran in her field, having worked as an agent since the 1980s, and has strong knowledge of the Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties. 

Her interest in real estate stemmed from her parents, Richard and Verna. During the 80s, her father served as the vice president of Barnes Construction Company, and her mother was an associate realty agent at Vacation Properties which she co-founded with her.

Throughout her time as an associate broker for ERA, Karen has sold 143 homes, ranging mostly in six and seven figures. No wonder she has been listed as a top agent since 2005.

Currently, Karen has 20 properties featured on her list, all listed in New York State. She has been honored with the Diamond and Platinum Presidential Awards, and in 2021 she was the top agent for overall sales volumes. 

Karen is available on Instagram with the username @karen.goodell, where she usually posts her listings and photos with her children. She has a mighty presence in the Chautauqua community. 

The spouse of Tim Goodell serves as a director of the Chautauqua Foundation, which she joined as a member in 2001 and has done several philanthropical works.

In 2020, on the occasion of her 60th birthday, she ran 60k. But it was for the campaign she had organized called Our House, which raised awareness for CHQ County’s first Hospice House.

Tim Goodell has three children who are all daughters with his partner Karen Goodell. 

Tim, then 32, married Karen Jackson, 28, on September 2, 1989. The marriage came two years after the demise of Tim’s father and republican senator Charles Goodell. 

1. Tori Goodell 

Tori Goodell, age 28, is the oldest daughter of Tim and Karen. Tori is a graduate of Georgetown University and is currently undergoing MBA studies at Northwestern University.

The daughter of Tim Goodell joined the world-renowned Boston Consulting Group earlier this year in June as a summer consultant. Tori has previously worked at the well-reputed communications firm Sard Verbinnen and company.

At Sard Verbinned, Tori gradually rose through the ranks. When she joined in 2016, she served in the position of Junior Associate; by the time she left in 2021, she was the senior associate. 

2. Jennie Goodell

Jennie Goodell, age 26, is a graduate of Davidson College and earned her degree in English literature and chemistry. 

At Davidson, she worked as the IT Digital Media Consultant and was the co-founder and president of the Health Justice Committee.

Currently, she works at Uno Health in New York and is part of the enrollment operations. She has previously worked at the National Cancer Institute in the team of Clinical Pharmacology. 

3. Catie Goodell

Catie Goodell, age 23, is the youngest daughter of Tim and Karen Goodell.

Like her older sister, Catie graduated from Davidson College and earned her degree in Communication and Economics. 

Interested in the field of sports, Catie was previously the head manager of the Women’s Basketball team and has worked as an intern at NBC Sports Group. She is currently employed as a project assistant in the international law firm Proskauer Rose LLP. 

Tim and Karen have been married for the past three decades. 

The two New York natives tied the knot on September 3, 1989, and have now parented three daughters. Coming from a well-reputed family was not the only thing they had in common. 

The pair graduated from their respective universities with the highest distinction. During their marriage, Tim was working as an associate in the New York law firm, “White and Case” and Karen was already involved in real estate development. 

In an interview with CHQ Daily, Karen confirmed that she had met Tim through mutual friends and had gone to college with his cousin. Born and raised in  Chautauqua county, she moved to New York after marrying Tim.

The couple raised their kids in New York City, but Karen always made sure to visit Chautauqua county whenever there was a family gathering.
