Grant Gaumer, a high school teacher, was charged and arrested for sexual assault after it was discovered that he engaged in sexual activity with his students, who were minors.

Sexual abuse of any type is a severe crime. When a kid or ward is implicated in a crime, it is sometimes escalated to a federal prosecution, which can result in severe, harsh punishments that can have long-term consequences for individuals convicted.

A high school student was recently sexually molested by her own instructor. On May 10, a worried parent notified them of improper behavior. She claims that district managers filed a report with the Division of Children’s Services right away and withdrew Gaumer from the classroom.

A high school teacher, Grant Gaumer, is currently making headlines but not in a positive way. He has been found as a suspect for sexually assaulting his students, who are minors.

In addition to his job as a teacher and coach, Gaumer was the teacher’s mediator for the Gay-Straight Alliance club at LHS. After the incident, people were disgusted by the actions of the teacher.

As per the police officer, Gant had committed statutory sodomy as well as a sexual crime. Statutory sodomy refers to other sexual activities, but now intercourse with a minor.

Lindbergh Teacher Arrested For Sexual Assault, Mugshot: Is He Lockedup In Prison?

A Lindbergh teacher has been accused of sexual assault by police. It seems like he has been arrested but isn’t locked up in prison. The attorney’s office has issued a warrant for June 2 for the suspect.

According to the probable cause statement, the defendant engaged in statutory sodomy with the girl, who is under the age of 17. Investigators believe there may be further victims because of the suspect’s connection with pupils.

The police department has thanked the staff of Lindbergh for making this investigation easy and for helping them out.

Grant Gaumer’s Jail Sentence

The Attorneys at Law think that Grant Gaumer may face 10–20 years of jail time because he has committed two of the biggest crimes. He has been charged with sexual contact and 2nd-degree statutory sodomy.

Defendants convicted of second-degree statutory rape get up to seven years in prison or one year in county jail, according to the statute. Furthermore, anyone found guilty may be penalized up to $10,000 by the courts.

An offender convicted of sexual abuse of a juvenile or ward, or of attempting to commit sexual abuse, faces a fine, up to 15 years in jail, or both.
