Raymond Lee's wife, Stacy Kusumolkul, is the founder of the nonprofit organization "Dignity not Despair" alongside Kristen Gibson. The organization donates makeup and hygiene products to female refugees.

Stacy and Kristen volunteered as humanitarian aid workers in Greece to assist with the Syrian refugee crisis in 2016. While giving out donations, two women pulled Stacy and Kristen aside and shyly asked if they had any makeup.

Their resilience inspired Stacy, and a brief conversation with those women helped her realize that maintaining one's appearance can be a tool to improve emotional and mental well-being.

Till now, the organization has been successful in having donated over 1,000 makeup and hygiene kits to women. The products were sent to the U.S., Bangladesh, Jordan, Lebanon, Greece, Indonesia, Mexico, and Tanzania.

Raymond Lee belongs to the South Korean ethnic group, while his nationality is American. He was born in New York City but moved to Los Angeles at a young age.
