Aaron Donald Wife Erica Donald Is A Marketing Manager

Aaron Donald wife Erica Donald is a graduate of Louisiana State University. 

Erica Donald, formerly Erica Sherman got her undergraduate degree in public relations and mass communication from LSU and graduated in 2012. 

She had a very busy but fulfilling college life as she was the leader of a multitude of extracurricular organizations, notably the president of the LSU Student Activities Board, a distinguished member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Program Planning and Development Chair, and many more.

Erica joined St. Louis Rams as a manager

In addition to an already fruitful degree, these extracurricular activities helped cement Erica’s reputation as a strong confident public speaker and negotiator. Her first notable job in the field was for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where she oversaw the Glazer Family Foundation Vision Program. Erica’s active involvement helped increase the number of Title I Elementary schools in the vision program from 12 to 60+. 

In 2015, Erica joined the then-St. Louis Rams as a manager of Community Affairs & Player Involvement. That is when and where she met her husband Aaron. At the Rams, Erica was responsible for planning and executing NFL and team events. She also handled sponsorship and marketing initiatives for the team.

After their courtship began in 2015, Erica has worked primarily with Aaron as his marketing manager and his AD99 Solutions Foundation– a charitable organization set up by Aaron whose mission statement is “to change the trajectory of Pittsburgh’s most vulnerable youth by providing necessary resources in a free, safe environment where they can be empowered to excel academically, socially, and athletically.”

Being from a middle-class underserved and under-protected community in Pittsburgh himself, Aaron aims to provide resources and opportunities to the same class of youth. Since 2020, Erica has helped him in this non-profit venture by acting as the Chairperson of the foundation. 

Erica handles day-to-day operations for Aaron, meaning that she is indirectly involved in his success, on or off the field. In addition to being his marketing manager, she is also her husband’s number 1 cheerleader. She is quickly becoming just as popular as Aaron, often making appearances in his games, red-carpet events, or TV programs to talk about her life as a mother and the wife of an NFL superstar.  

Aaron Donald is a family man. Aaron and Erica Donald have been together for seven years.

Aaron proposed to Erica three times

After a year of winning the NFL’s rookie of the year award, Aaron met Erica at the St. Louis Rams. It was an instant connection and the duo started dating soon.

Just after 4 months of dating, on their first vacation together, Aaron proposed. Erica obviously said yes, despite not being presented with a ring. 

Aaron more than made up for not giving his fiancée a ring by proposing again, this time presenting her with two stunning diamond bands. The couple never did announce their wedding or posted any pictures. They do however address each other as husband and wife now.

The couple announced their birth of baby boy

Erica announced her pregnancy on September 2, 2021, with a beautiful maternity shoot of her and Aaron. “First came love, then came you”, she captioned it. 

They didn’t announce when he was born but the couple named their son Eric, after his mother. Eric is Erica’s first child but Aaron’s third. From a previous relationship, Aaron also has 2 beautiful children, A.J. and Jaeda. Erica is seen loving the two of them just as much as little Eric. “Mommy + Bonus Mommy”, she jokingly has written on her Instagram bio. 

In an interview with Lilliana Vazquez of People (the Magazine), we got to see a glimpse inside the very busy household of the Donald family. As Erica was preparing for the 2022 Super Bowl party, a chaotic but cheerful extended family of Aaron excitedly waited to celebrate his first-ever Super Bowl victory. 

Despite having three children and a very busy schedule, Aaron and Erica always try to make time for each other. The couple is occasionally seen going on vacations and date nights. Being the wife of an NFL star, Erica has embraced the life of glamour quite well. They are always one of the sharpest and most boldly dressed couples in any major events they attend. 

Aaron has earned a reputation for being one of the strongest defensive tackles in the current NFL lineup, with a career as strong as ever, even at 31 years old. However, his success off the field, in his other endeavors, and personal life, he largely credits to his wife.
