Oli McBurnie girlfriend Niamh Fitzgerald is a native of the cathedral city of Chester.

Niamh Fitzgerald, age 22, is a recent graduate of the University of Chester and is four years younger than her partner, Oli.

The blonde beauty might have Irish roots as Fitzgerald is a common last name in western Ireland. Niamh is available on Instagram with the username @niamhfitz_ and has a sizeable following of 10k.

Unlike many other famous girlfriends and wives of footballers, the stylish lass from Cheshire has not dabbled in the fashion world. But in the future, if she does think of giving it a go, then there won’t be a shortage of opportunities. 

From her social media posts, Niamh appears to be very much into high life as she has posted photos from her trip to Port d’Alcúdia, Santorini Islands, and Dubai.

On her birthday, which falls on January 10, Oli shared a thread of photos and wrote a sweet caption hinting that the two might be the end game as he wrote he couldn’t wait to spend the rest of his life with her. 

Oli McBurnie and Niamh Fitzgerald started dating in the Spring of 2021.

At the time, the Leeds native, McBurnie, was dreading the disappointing season his team suffered as they were relegated to the championship after three seasons in the top flight. 

And that is when Niamh entered his life. The striker went official with his current partner on May 9, 2021, as he shared a photo of the two enjoying drinks at a pub as Oli looked towards Niahm lovingly. 

Two weeks later, Niamh shared the photo with the footballer’s hand draped over her shoulder as they looked ready to hit the city. The blonde beauty captioned the post. “Locked off” as she sent signals that the Sheffield striker is off the dating market. 

The young couple enjoyed a trip to the picturesque island of Greece in the summer of 21. A few days later, the pair entertained themselves with a whistlestop trip to Spain as Niamh posted a photo of her sipping on wine at Port Alcudia.

For Halloween of 2021, the couple did a last-minute DIY as the footballer posed as Prison Mike and Niamh as a police officer. The two are pet lovers and share a pet poodle named Bingo, who has appeared several times on his mother’s social media handle.

Last month the Sheffield United player was seen at his partner’s graduation ceremony as he shared a snap from the program. The striker congratulated her but poked fun that he didn’t know she cleared her three-year studies.

Niamh was present alongside her partner as the judge dismissed the allegation against him for assaulting a Nottingham Forest fan who invaded the pitch. Later that evening, the striker, on his Instagram story, posted a photo of him and his partner emerging from the court as he tagged her.

Niamh shared the news of her boyfriend being cleared of the recent charges against him. The 22-year-old wrote that she couldn’t believe that the case got as far as it did and that the truth had finally come out.
