Matt Strahm Wife Megan Strahm Is A Nurse In North Dakota

Matt Strahm wife Megan Strahm has been working as a licensed practical nurse in North Dakota for the past eight years.

Matt and Megan went Instagram official in 2014 when Matt posted a photo with his future spouse, writing he couldn’t wait to return home and spend time with her. He certainly did spend a lot of time that year back home, as he had undergone Tommy John surgery.

Though they declared love publicly in 2014, the couple had started dating in 2012 when they first met at Nehoso Community College. Matt had caught the eye of the baseball coach at Nehoso, where he became their star pitcher.

2012 was a special year for Matt as he was drafted into MLB by Kansas City Royals. But that also meant that Matt and Megan would have to be in a long-distance relationship. For many, it could have spelled an end to their love story, but that was not the case for the college sweethearts.

As Matt traveled from one city to another, one team to another, Megan kept in touch with him. The dedicated girlfriend, Megan, would take long-hour drives to visit him, squeezing out time from her hectic schedule to root for Matt in his baseball game.

After three years of dating, the couple decided it was finally time to settle down. The two exchanged their vows in the central state of America, Kansas, in 2015, also the hometown of the nurse. 

Megan Strahm has relatively tried to stay away from the public limelight. She has an Instagram account, but it is in private mode. Though she has a Twitter, Megan was last active on it in 2019.

The last couple of years has been quite happening for the couple. Their small family has seen new additions in it. From being college sweethearts to becoming parents, the couple is going strong in their relationship. 

Matt and Megan Strahm became parents for the first time in October 2020 with the birth of their daughter Wren Lois.

But even before they welcomed their bundle of joy into their family, Matt and Megan were preoccupied with two fury pets, Lolly and Knox. And the two are as famous as their father and have been featured on the MLB team’s Twitter handle.

In 2015, after the couple tied the knot, they welcomed the Maltese, Lolly, into their family. From going hiking to enjoying lunch, the two carried Lolly everywhere with them. But she had to share her parents with Knox, whom the couple got in 2019.

In May 2020, the incoming new pitcher of the Phillies shared photos of him and Megan from their ‘gender reveal party’. The couple looked visibly excited to welcome a new addition to their family and have a small sister for Lolly and Knox.

Matt shared the news of the arrival of his daughter, Wren, on his Instagram handle on October 23, 2020. Last year, Wren with her mother traveled to Petco Park, the home of Padres, where her father was until early 2022.

Wren was then a regular at Fenway Park, and now we will probably see her at Citizens Banks Park, the home of the Phillies, where Matt has been signed as a free agent. 

Though Matt runs a YouTube channel where he opens packs of baseball cards, the pitcher is yet to feature his family on it. So, until then, we probably have to keep up with the Strahm family from the pitcher’s Instagram handle.
