What Did Whoopi Goldberg Do?
Whoopi Goldberg made some hurtful comments about the holocaust and Nazi genocide on the show.
She said that the holocaust of the second world war where around six million Jews were killed by the Nazi Army was not about race.
In the episode, Whoppi said that the incident was “man’s inhumanity to man” and “not about race”.
When her co-host raised the question of white supremacy, Whoppi said ” But these are two white groups of people”.
She further added, “This is white people doing it to white people, so y’all going to fight amongst yourselves”.
As she was continuing other comments, the show displayed the advertisement that ended the conversation.
These comments hurt the audience’s feelings and they also expressed their anger and opinion towards the ignorance of the TV personality.

Whoopi Goldberg is suspended from The View after her comments about the Nazi’s wrongdoing were deemed sensitive and hurtful to others.
Although the woman later apologized to ABC as well as to the general people, the channel saw it as a sensitive topic.
In the official statement, ABC mentioned that Whoppi won’t be on the show for two weeks and advised her to look back at the things she said.
