He is only 20 years old, but he has already competed in the CARS Late Model Stock Tour, ARCA Menards Series East, and ARCA Menards Series West, and in recent years, he was in the Xfinity Series.
Ty is the grandson of Joe Gibbs, a former NFL head coach and a current NASCAR team owner.

Coy Gibbs’ only daughter Elle Gibbs is an equestrian and has a love for horses.
Born on April 11, 2004, Elle is 18 years old. On her 18th birthday, the Gibbs family went to Mortons Steakhouse to celebrate. Her parents gifted her with a Tiffany & Co. necklace.
She recently graduated high school from Providence Day School.
According to her mom Heather, she ranks top in the national standings in the Hunters and Jumpers. In 2019, Elle rode the new mount Kasiopeja to secure the second position out of 20 participants in the Low Children’s Jumper Classic.
