Daulton Varsho Wife Brook Dolezal And Their Seven Years Of Relationship

Daulton Varsho wife Brook Dolezal is an activist and fundraiser for ALS disease. Brook has worked with the ALS Association. 

Brook Varsho, formerly Dolezal, is originally from Wisconsin. Despite having dreams of being a ballerina as a kid, after high school, she pursued a degree in gerontology from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. Being close to her grandfather was perhaps the reason she pursued a degree specializing in the study of aging and older adults. 

Brook’s other field of passion is helping the patients of ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis)- a rare neurological disorder that affects the nerve cells responsible for voluntary muscle movement. For her birthday on January 15, instead of gifts, Dolezal asked her friends and family to donate to the ALS Association. 

“I’ve chosen this nonprofit because their mission means a lot to me, and I hope you’ll consider contributing as a way to celebrate with me. Every little bit will help me reach my goal,” she wrote. 

Her motivation to help people with ALS, a disease primarily affecting people of age group 55-75, was probably watching her grandfather struggle with cancer. Brook celebrated his 75th birthday on March 16, 2015, just as he started chemotherapy. 

Brook and her grandfather are both avid Miley Cyrus fans. “My grandpa just called asking if I can get a picture of Miley Cyrus when I’m at her concert for him. He said shh don’t tell anyone I like her,” she jokingly tweeted in 2014. 

Although she hasn’t tweeted in a while, looking through her page, we can tell that Brook is a funny woman with a positive attitude toward life. Despite being the partner of a professional baseballer playing in the highest league in the country, she confessed that her pet peeve is “overly obnoxious sports fans.”

After marrying Daulton, Brook has kept her personal life very private. She occasionally tweets her husband’s baseball highlights, and a few Michael Scott jokes at @BrookDolezal.

Daulton Varsho and Brook Dolezal have been together since high school after her mom set up their first date. 

Daulton and Brook’s first public social media post dates back to 2014, the same year Daulton graduated from Marshfield High School in Wisconsin. For college, Daulton went to the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, while Brook went to the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, a 3-hour drive away. 

Daulton played college baseball for the Milwaukee Panthers and performed quite well. The couple did not let the distance get in the way of their love and always kept in touch. Brook occasionally made the drive to watch her boyfriend play. 

In the 2017 MLB draft, Daulton signed and debuted for the Hillsboro Hops, and his professional baseball career took off. Brook was his number 1 fan during this challenging transition in his life. She often watched his games and cheered on from the sidelines. 

In January of 2021, Daulton finally proposed to Brook after seven years of relationship. Obviously, she said yes. 

Both of them being “The Office” fans, Daulton couldn’t help but make a reference to the onscreen love dynamic of Jim Halpert and Pam Beesly. “I feel like our relationship has been like Jim and Pam from The Office in that we just make jokes along the way and keep getting through the days together,” he wrote on the “Our Story” section of his wedding registry webpage. 

The Varshos held their wedding in their hometown of Wisconsin at the Mystic Ponds Estate on October 23, 2021. Friends and family attended the beautiful ceremony. Daulton’s best friend since grade school, Craig Serchen, was given the honor of Best Man. The Maid of Honor was Morgan Brenner, Brook’s friend since middle school, who was also her roommate in college. 

Daulton and Brook’s relationship has been like any professional athletes’- full of drama, moving houses, and occasional long periods of not seeing each other. But, the young couple has taken it well to date, and we don’t doubt that moving forward, their marriage will be nothing short of blissful.
