Desean Brown Trial Clips And Nylo Lattimore Story, Ohio Man Attacked His Son’s Murderer On Court

It is devasting and horrific for any parent to lose their child. Let alone have to live through the death of their toddler and witness the murderer that took his life.

The same thing happened to Nylo’s father, Tonio Hughes, who couldn’t hold his emotion as Desean Brown stood before him. Brown has been accused of stabbing Nyteisha Lattimore to death and throwing her three years old child, Nylo Lattimore, in the river.

Desean Brown Trial Clips: Father Attacks Toddler’s Murderer 

Desean Brown’s trial clips showed that Hughes punched Brown multiple times during the hearing. 

Brown had attended the court to suppress the motion to allow the taped confession as a hearing. The judge ruled that the piece would count as evidence and be showcased in the trial.

However, Nylo’s dad, Tonio Hughes, couldn’t keep his cool. After hearing the verdict, he walked up to Brown and started punching the alleged criminal multiple times. Eventually, the angry father had to be taken down by two deputies. 

After being handcuffed, Tonio still tried to break free and was taken out of the courtroom. Shortly after, the judge found him guilty of contempt of court and sentenced him to a week in Hamilton County Justice Center.

Nylo and Nyteisha Lattimore Murder Story 

Apparently, Nylo and Nyteisha Lattimore were murdered by Desean Brown.

In December 2022, Brown reportedly stabbed Nyteisha to death. The police suspect that Brown had been planning to kill the 29-year-old mother for at least two months. 

The initial investigation shows that Brown got angry with Nyteisha after she miscarried their baby. Eventually, he held a grudge and planned to murder her along with Nylo.

After the incident, the alleged murderer searched for body bags and cleaning products in the city. Likewise, he also kept using Nyteisha’s Facebook to keep her virtually alive and avoid any suspicion. Eventually, he purchased a body bag from eBay and dumped the body in the river.

On the other hand, Nylo was thrown in the river somewhere between December 5 to 12. The investigator entails that the toddler could have been alive when thrown in the river.

When the officials found Nyteisha’s body, they found a Paw Patrol blanket laced with Nylo’s blood beside the corpse. However, despite the extensive search, Nylo’s body is still missing today. 

Desean Brown’s Final Verdict 

Desean Brown waits in jail until the final verdict.

He is waiting at the Hamilton County Justice Center with a release bond of $1 million USD. Likewise, he has been charged with aggravated murder, one count of tampering with evidence, and one count of gross abuse of a corpse.

If found guilty, Brown could face the death penalty. Though the police are yet to find Nylo’s body, they, along with Hughes, are confident that he could face the ultimate punishment. 

Remembering his child, Hughes stated, “I just want him to be remembered as a good kid.” He added, “You’d get to love him.”

Brown’s next hearing will take place on August 29, 2022. On the other hand, detectives are still working to retrieve Nylo’s missing body for further evidence.
