The Icelander went from a whopping 205 kg to 155 kg in just six months. It sounds crazy but he did it. Finally, the Icelander has revealed his secret plan in a Youtube video.

His meal one includes three eggs, 200 grams of chicken, and a smoothie, followed by a boxing technique workout. In meal two, he used to take 220 grams of tenderloin beef, 180 grams of white rice, and 100 grams of green vegetables, followed by a weight loss gym session. 

During that period, he used to take 5 meals a day, which includes mostly white rice, green vegetables, fruits, and yogurt. He did all of this to be the world’s strongest man.
