Heather Gibbs, the wife of Coy Gibbs wife, is a realtor. The mother of his four kids, Heather has been able to create a name away from the famous sports dynasty family in the tough world of real estate. 

The native of Detroit, Michigan, Heather was raised for most part of her life by her grandparents. She met her late husband, Coy Gibbs, through her brother-in-law JD Gibbs who also passed away in 2019 after his long battle with a neurological disease. 

On November 5, Heather Gibbs celebrated her older son, Ty Gibbs, winning the Xfinity Series. After the game, Ty’s parents, Coy and Heather, said they felt nothing but pride watching their son’s determination of winning the series.

But early morning on November 6, the NASCAR scene was shaken after the news of Coy Gibbs’s demise statement was released by Joe Gibbs Racing. 

Heather Gibbs, the wife of Coy Gibbs, is a realtor based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Heathers was raised in a household of builders, so building and selling off the properties has always been in her DNA.

Heather says that relocating 14 times in the past 23 years has helped her gain an understanding of the housing market all over the States. Heather started getting involved in the real estate business after she relocated back to North Carolina from D.C.

Heather had shifted to D.C as her husband worked as an assistant coach for Washington Commanders, previously known as Washington Redskins, along with his father, Joe Gibbs.

The wife of Coy Gibbs started focusing on real estate after her third child, Case, was born after shifting to North Carolina, which would be in 2005. Since then, Heather has achieved great heights in the real estate business.

Heather Gibbs, the wife of Coy Gibbs, worked as a pastry chef in Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Heather and her family relocated to Northern Virginia.

Heather enrolled at Radford University and earned her BS degree in journalism and public relations. And later, she settled in Charlotte with her family, where she began to work as a pastry chef.

Heather owned two baking and was a specialist in making wedding cakes. The daughter-in-law of the famous Gibbs family also had the opportunity of showcasing her skills in front of the Carolina elite bakers and was even hired by Martha Stewart to make cupcakes for her.

The lady from a family of builders managed the two bakeries in Cornelius and Dilworth for six years before she moved to Washington, D.C, with her husband. 

Heather and Coy Gibbs share four kids-Ty, Elle, Case, and Jett. And all four of the kids have decided to walk in the footsteps of their father and continue the family legacy as they look to excel as athletes.

1. Ty Gibbs

Ty Gibbs, age 20, is the oldest son of Heather and Coy Gibbs. Ty Gibbs is a professional NASCAR driver and drives for his grandfather’s team Joe Gibbs Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

The 20-year-old was recently booed and jeered by his fans for taking out his teammate, Ty Dillon, in the Texas playoff race and later apologized for his mistake and said he didn’t want to be known as a dirty driver.

On November 5, Ty Gibbs won the Xfinity Series, but a few hours later, on Sunday morning, the demise of his father was announced by Joe Gibbs racing.

2. Elle Gibbs

Elle Gibbs, age 18, is the only daughter of Heather and Coy Gibbs. The daughter of the realtor and former NASCAR racer is an avid equestrian and ranked top in the national standing in the Hunters and Jumpers.

Elle owns two horses, Mikey and Blue Jay. Her mother posted a photo of Elle riding the latter in a horse racing competition on her Instagram handle earlier this April.

3. Case Gibbs

Case Gibbs, age 17, is a baseball player for the North Carolina baseball team PDC Chargers. The 17-year-old will graduate from PDC in 2025 and was previously interested in playing football as well. 

4. Jett Gibbs

Jett Gibbs, age 15, is the youngest member of the Gibbs family. Like his siblings, Jett is looking forward to making a career as an athlete. Following in the footsteps of his brother Case, Jett is playing for the PDC Chargers but for their football team. 

Heather Gibbs has a net worth of $5 million. The wife of Coy Gibbs has found great success in the real estate business ever since she became a part of it in 2005.

Heather has sold $200 million worth of houses in total sales and is a consistent top producer in her profession. Previously, Heather sold a record-breaking $90 million in homes and has been a well-reviewed agent.

Heather is seen sharing the photos on her Instagram handle of the homes listed on her website. Her recent sale was just a week ago when she sold a beautiful mansion at Mountain Island Lake.

But Heather’s net worth looks measly compared to her father-in-law Joe Gibbs, whose total net worth is $60 million. Joe is a former NFL head coach who is hailed as one of the greatest coaches in the NFL. He is also the owner of the NASCAR team, Joe Gibbs Racing which has won five Cup series in the last two decades.

By this point, we all know that Heather Gibbs is an excellent realtor. And for her excellent, recoding breaking performance, she was awarded Sales Agent of The Year in 2021.

And last year wasn’t the first time that Heather won the award, the realtor has won the award in 2019 as well. The wife of Coy Gibbs was also featured as a Charlotte Real Producers Cover Agent in January 2021.
