Is Gerson Fuentes Still In Jail? Ohio Inmate And Justice For 10 Year Old
Gerson Fuentes, 27, of Columbus, admitted to raping ten years old kid at least twice, according to police, and was charged with rape. Gerson Fuentes was arrested in connection with the rape and pregnancy of a 10-year-old girl.
Police received a call from Franklin County Children Services warning them of the girl’s pregnancy a little more than a week before the girl went to Indianapolis for an abortion.
In a case referenced by President Joe Biden and heavily covered by news outlets around the world, the girl’s mother informed social workers of her pregnancy on June 22, two days before the U.S. Supreme Court decision that outlawed abortion rights. On June 30, she flew outside of the state to get a medical abortion.

Gerson Fuentes is currently in the Franklin County Jail and he was given a $ 2 million bond. Police confessed to raping the child twice, leading to the arrest of Gerson on Tuesday, and he has been charged with one rape.

Records from the court show that on June 22, the Columbus Division of Police received a report of a rape. And on July 6, the woman told officials that Fuentes was the one who had sexually assaulted her.
After receiving a search warrant for a saliva sample a week later, Fuentes was arrested and later admitted to raping the child. The child was six weeks along and three days pregnant, making her just three days too late for the surgery in her home state.
The story gained national attention quickly after the Indianapolis Star, a newspaper with a base in Indiana, reported that a young girl had to go across state borders to get an abortion after being refused one in Ohio.
After Roe v. Wade was controversially overruled by the Supreme Court, an Indianapolis gynecologist claimed an Ohio abuse doctor contacted her. A court rejected an appeal by abortion rights supporters in the state to overturn Ohio’s restriction on abortions after six weeks.

A news release from Attorney General Dave Yost and statements made at the arraignment hearing both named the victim in the case as a 10-year-old.
Additionally, it was revealed that the victim had an abortion in Indianapolis. The case recently became a flashpoint in the abortion debate after the Indianapolis Star reported that an Ohio doctor had contacted a doctor there for assistance in getting an abortion for the 10-year-old.
Advocates challenged Ohio’s prohibition on abortions beyond around six weeks of pregnancy, and some people started to wonder if the story was even true. Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an obstetrician-gynecologist from Indianapolis, was contacted by an Ohio child abuse doctor to assist the girl.

An Ohio man has been prosecuted in connection with the pregnancy. The story Joe Biden rehashed from the White House last week about a ten-year-old Ohio girl who sought an abortion after being raped has a new twist.
She was supposedly referred to an Indiana doctor because Ohio’s pro-life law limited her options. The Columbus Dispatch’s reporting appears to corroborate the information provided by Biden, but it also reveals a truth that Democrats have been using to target Americans who support life for weeks.
In fact, a 27-year-old male who is ‘believed to be undocumented,’ according to The Dispatch, sexually raped a 10-year-old girl has been frequently brought up by Democrats and the mainstream media.
