The former Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Sajid Javid previously worked as Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2019 to 2020 followed by the position of Home Secretary he served from 2018 to 2019.

Laura King And Sajid Javid: Family Background, Ethnicity, And Children
Sajid was born in Rochdale, Lancashire, as one of five sons of Pakistani immigrant parents. Previously, his family immigrated to the United Kingdom in the 1960s as farmers from a Punjabi village in India.
His father was a bus driver and after arriving in the UK, they later relocated to Briston’s Stapleton Road from Lancashire, where they opened a store and settled into a two-bedroom apartment located above the shop. Sajid grew up with his four brothers.
About the relationship between Laura and Sajid, not everyone approved of them getting together, but it was meant to be and the couple went for it, marrying in 1997 and visiting Israel for their sweet honeymoon.

Javid met Laura when he was 18 years old as both of them were working at Commercial Union in Bristol for the summer. They remember their encounter as they sat opposite each other and asked for a stapler, to which Javid still recalls saying, “love over a stapler.”
Laura belongs to white ethnicity and she has an academic background in English and Political Affairs. Having married for more than 25 years, the couple has four beautiful children together- Sophia, Rania, Maya, and Suli.
