Lou Merloni Wife Steffanie Merloni Is A Personal Trainer

Lou Merloni wife Steffanie Merloni is a personal trainer and a supporter of the organization Room to Grow. 

Steffanie’s work as a personal trainer provided her with some relief as she faced a tough time raising her daughter singlehandedly in her teens. In an interview with Boston Globe in 2012, she talked about her fair share of struggles before meeting her current partner. 

Though she might be famous for being the better half of the former MLB player, Steffanie has been awarded a few titles. In 2014, she was crowned “Boston Bombshell,” a title she received after she extended her charitable association with Ellie Fund.

The personal trainer keeps herself in shape even after being a mother of four by engaging in outdoor activities. It wouldn’t be shocking for you to know that Steffanie loves playing baseball and in her free time, she also enjoys playing hockey and football.

She has kept herself away from the public limelight and doesn’t have a social media handle. But her better half, Lou, gives quick updates about his family life, whether it is through social media or his midday show.

Maybe being a personal trainer makes Steffanie a stickler for discipline. She is the authoritarian of the house and keeps everybody in check, as admitted by Lou in one of his interviews. 

Today the personal trainer has helped many single mothers and parents from her organization, Room To Grow. The organization provides counseling to new parents, which Steffanie confesses she didn’t receive with her first children.

Steffanie Merloni became part of the charity Room To Grow in 2012 along with her husband Lou Merloni. 

Steffani once co-chaired the charity gala that holds a special place in her heart as she once went through a tough phase as a parent in her life. It was a scary experience for Steffanie to become a mother during high school. 

But since then Steffanie has been able to find a stable happy married life with Lou and her kids. The lady who at one point didn’t have a permanent residency now makes sure that nobody will have to go through the same problems she faced in her teenage years and early 20s.

The organization, Room To Grow, located in Boston, New York has taken care of several families since its establishment two decades ago. The organization provides temporary virtual programming as well as several counseling sessions to the family of low income.

Room To Grow plays a key role in the development of the child at the early stage and they also provide necessary kid items to the parents required for the child’s development.  

 Lou Merloni first met Steffanie in 2005 when he was a player at the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. 

The radio show played nine seasons in MLB and during those nine seasons, he played for four MLB teams. And while Lou was busy winning the hearts of the baseball fans, Steffanie was finding her feet as a personal trainer and raising her daughter, Kayla.

After dating for two years, Lou tied the knot with Steffani on November 3, 2007, in the presence of his former teammates at the State Room in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Steffanie brought her daughter Kayla from her first relationship who was 17 at the time of her marriage with Lou. In 2009, they welcomed their first child, son Mason.

In 2018, Lou’s radio show, Weei Sports, shared a post of the former baseball player and his son. The nine-year-old at the time enjoyed his time at the radio booth with his father. 

In 2020, Lou shared a family photo that included his spouse and his two kids, Mason and Kayla, and also two other members whose identities remain unknown.
