According to a source who came in front and spoke to The Guardian, the woman, who merely gave her first name as Owami, appeared in a bodycam video from an officer that was used in social media missing person alerts. The Met police were unaware that the woman they had spoken to on July 6 was Owami Davies for a week. The following day, on July 7, at around 12.30 p.m. on London Road in Croydon, Owami was last seen.
She stated: to Byline Times: “It feels like our worst worries have been realized when something like this occurs with Owami Davies. We don’t matter; that much is certain.
