Middlesborough manager Chris Wilder has given Sol permission to depart since he is not in his first-team plans for next season. Chris believes he would be better served going out on loan again after his loan experience at Queen of the South last season.

The transfer window is now open, and the Championship gossip mill is churning away in preparation for the new season. Many teams will be aiming to strengthen their squads ahead of the new season, while others will be hoping to keep hold of their finest assets.

Last season, Swindon used two goalkeepers, with Jojo Wollacott and Lewis Ward both making several first-team appearances, with the latter usually starting when the former was away on international duty with Ghana.
