Swindon Town Keeper - Who Is Sol Brynn?
Sol Brynn is an English goalkeeper who spent last season on loan at Queen of the South in Scotland, where he made 21 appearances in all competitions.
Brynn was recalled by Chris to compete for a starting spot at Boro. Upon his return to the club, however, he failed to make an appearance in the first team, with his only appearances coming in the Premier League 2.
As a result, despite joining Middlesbrough in 2009, the goalkeeper has yet to make his senior debut. Since the start of the 2019-20 season, he has been practicing with the first team and has appeared in a few pre-season games in the summer of 2021.
Swindon is said to have beaten off competition from a number of other football league clubs to recruit young goalkeeper Sol. Last season, Swindon used two goalkeepers, with Jojo Wollacott and Lewis Ward both making several first-team appearances, with the latter usually starting when the former was away on international duty with Ghana.
