Was Todd Dulaney Arrested Again? American Musician Charges After Threatening A Dude

Todd Dulaney was arrested on August 7, 2020, as he was accused of harassing a man in Naperville’s ATM drive-thru on January 25 of the same year.

He had played professional baseball for five years before becoming a singer and songwriter. He began his music career in 2011 and has provided several hit songs to his fans throughout his music career.

He hasn’t been arrested since August 2020, when he faced legal charges as he threatened a person in an ATM drive-thru in Naperville, Illinois.

He harassed the guy verbally by using harsh words and commented on putting the guy on the grounds while holding a gun in his hands.

The victim filed a complaint at the police station shortly after the incident against Dulaney, citing he had left his vehicle and approached another vehicle at the ATM drive-thru o Bank Of America at 2943 95th St.

Todd Dulaney’s Charges And Case Update

On August 7 of the same year, the court issued a warrant for the arrest of Todd Dulaney, which carried a bond of $3000. He was charged by making a case of disorderly conduct, a class C misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of $1,500 in fines and up to 30 days in jail.

After the news of his crime began circulating on the internet, he conducted a Facebook live to clarify his actions and explain his side of the story to his fans. He turned himself in after the warrant was issued against him and cooperated with the police officers throughout the process. 

Todd described the incident, claiming that a man forcefully confronted him as he was making transactions. That video is unavailable on Facebook, as Todd could have deleted it after he made his point in front of his fans.

Dulaney was born on December 20, 1983, to Thomas and Tommye Dulaney in Maywood, Illinois. As a young man, he was sporty and enjoyed baseball in particular.

He played baseball professionally for a while until 2005. He decided to give up playing sports after that season because he felt called by God to play gospel music.

He is the CEO of a music production company named Dulaney Land Music. He has released many songs until now, but 2016 saw the highest rank of his piece on the Gospel Albums chart. 

He made A Worshipper’s Heart available through Entertainment One Music. The album reached its highest point at No. 1 on the Gospel Albums chart, No. 150 on the Billboard 200 chart, and No. 13 on the Independent Albums chart.
