Following concerns raised by Heston Blumenthal‘s involvement in the MasterChef Fans & Favourites finale, Channel 10 has released a statement regarding the chef’s health.

The British celebrity chef participated as a guest judge, and viewers at home became concerned when they observed his peculiar behavior.

The 56-year-old entered the kitchen with what looked limp and said very little else throughout the encounter.

Heston doesn’t appear to be himself; one worried viewer tweeted, “Is that just me?” and another added, “I observed a limp when Heston entered.”

“Heston is searching… I’m worried… Another remarked while a third enquired, “What’s up with Heston?”

But Blumenthal received a diagnosis too late. I only learned I have ADHD a few months ago, but I wouldn’t trade who I am for anything, he said in a 2016 interview with the Sydney Morning Herald.
