When trying to escape, Vicky White, after shooting herself, was located with injuries in the aftermath of the collision. However, additional research is required to conclusively prove she shot herself, as she was swiftly rushed to a hospital.
Vicky White, a former prison officer, and convict Casey White, 38, went missing on April 29, and officials have since alleged the two had a “jailhouse romance” and were preparing for their escape. They were apprehended Monday in Evansville, Indiana, following a police chase and an ensuing automobile collision.
After investigators have subsequently identified as an accomplice, Vicky reportedly told coworkers that she was accompanying Casey White to a court appearance before the duo vanished. Surveillance video shows Vicky White leading Casey White out of the Lauderdale County Detention Mall and into a patrol cruiser, which was subsequently discovered abandoned at a shopping center.
According to a statement from the US Marshals Service, White reportedly sold her house and was about to retire on the day the pair disappeared. A warrant for her arrest has subsequently been issued.

Is Casey White In Custody?
Casey White was taken into custody after he surrendered at the site.
The patrol car in which the two had left the prison institution was found abandoned in the car park nearby the shopping mall by police. The patrol cruiser was seen stopped at a traffic signal at 9:49 a.m., barely two blocks from the parking area where it was eventually discovered.
Vicky “strictly” violated department regulations by transporting Casey alone, according to Singleton at a news conference last week. According to Singleton, a person charged with murder should have been accompanied by two deputies.

Are Casey White And Vicky White Hospitalized? Find Out The Health Condition
Casey White was not injured at the site and hence was not hospitalized. He said his health condition was fine, but Vicky White, after hurting herself, was seriously injured, according to the police officer, and was soon hospitalized.
The degree and area of Vicky’s injuries are yet unknown. “I pray she survives,” Lauderdale County Sheriff Rick Singleton stated that she certainly has some answers that they need.
Singleton said that Casey surrendered at the site and is now under arrest.
