Kandy appeared through video conferencing from jail, and the judge declared she had pleaded not guilty to shooting her husband.
Moreover, by investigating through court documents, it was found a violent past involving Mark Bennett, his engagement, and the separate domestic violence orders.
It is reported that his ex-wife filed a case against him, claiming he had abused her and their daughters physically.
