If found guilty, he could receive a maximum term of 20 years jail sentence and a substantial punishment of $250,000 for his offense.

Drechsel was charged with many offenses, including producing child pornography, luring minors to travel for illegal sex, and engaging in illicit intercourse with minors. At the moment, he is waiting for his trial in prison.
