According to a story from the Stillwater News Press, Ashtin Marie Martinez requested a protective order against Ferrari on July 5. While her information is private for the time being, we know she was Aj Ferrari’s girlfriend.
The wrestler was then identified as a suspect in a sexual assault investigation by the Stillwater, Oklahoma Police Department. The criminal investigation unit in Stillwater is presently looking into the situation.

According to Ferrari’s lawyer, Derek Chance, the accusations against AJ are untrue.
It is said that a student-athlete can be singled out for attack, especially if they are a top-tier athlete. AJ is cooperating with the police and is sure the truth will eventually be out. He enjoyed his time at Oklahoma State, but he and the school felt a change was necessary.

Oklahoma State Wrestler Aj Ferrari’s Girlfriend Issued Protective Order
AJ Ferrari, an Oklahoma State national champion wrestler, recently obtained an emergency protective order against him. On Wednesday, Oklahoma State published a statement announcing that Ferrari had been dismissed from the team by John Smith.
On July 5, a Stillwater woman requested an urgent protective order, which Judge Katherine Thomas approved the same day. A hearing for a full protective order against Ferrari, a 2020 NCAA champion who missed most of the previous season due to a vehicle accident, has been set for July 18.
Both of Ferrari’s younger brothers are highly regarded recruits. Anthony, a Cowboys’ 2022 recruiting class member, was not formally included on the roster. And Angelo, a sophomore this past season at Stillwater High School, had not yet pledged to wrestle for Oklahoma State but was presumably anticipated to do so after earning his first state championship there.
