Giuliani claims that the man continued to curse and shout to him about killing women after the hit, and when he wouldn’t stop, he decided to call the police and have the man detained.

Giuliani claimed that when he was unexpectedly struck from behind in an incident captured on security footage that The Post received, he had just exited the men’s lavatory at the store on Veteran’s Road and was being met by a group of fans.

In the 3400 blocks of Amboy Road homeowner, Daniel Gill was accused of second-degree assault on a victim over the age of 65.

According to the spokesman, ShopRite security saw the event, intervened quickly, and called the police: We have zero tolerance for aggressiveness toward anyone.

The man who gave him a backslap used profanity, telling the attorney for former President Donald Trump, You’re one of the people who’s going to kill women. The remarks seemed to be a reference to Roe v. Wade being overturned, which removed government protections for abortions.

Attacks on innocent people happen frequently in modern-day New York. According to an official statement from Andrew Giuliani, this specific incident was quite personal.

The former politician, Rudy Giuliani, 78, was unhappy after being struck by a ShopRite employee on Sunday while supporting his son. Twitter responded with outrage to this incident.

Giuliani said that he was being met by a group of fans after exiting the men’s lavatory at the store on Veteran’s Road when he was unexpectedly struck from behind, an incident that was captured on security footage.

The incident took place two days after the US Supreme Court reversed the 1973 Roe v. Wade abortion ruling.

The former federal prosecutor compared his choice to call the police to his tough-on-crime tactics as mayor in telling The Post that he thought it was his obligation to do so.

Details About Daniel Gill’s Arrest And Jail Sentence

After reportedly hitting former mayor Rudy Giuliani on the back inside a Charleston ShopRite, 39-year-old Daniel Gill of Oakwood is charged, according to police.

The event happened inside the ShopRite on the South Shore, which is located at 3010 Veterans Road West, at 3:25 in the afternoon. Gill, a store employee, was taken into custody soon after the event.

Giuliani was at the ShopRite distributing leaflets and posing for photos with supporters of his son Andrew Giuliani’s governorship campaign. His son was campaigning elsewhere and wasn’t at the store.
