The incident occurred in Kulalampur, Malaysia, and it received national media attention after the video went viral on social media. As per the eyewitnesses, Rumah Bonda founder Siti Bainun Ahd Razali began disliking the girl after she pulled off a curtain and dislodged it on the road.

Later, the accused got angry at Bella and began abusing her. The incident heated up, and Siti went on to hit the child. Furthermore, the 13-year-old child was physically tortured.

The story continued for almost a month between March 2021 and June 24 last year. The case is ongoing, and people want justice for the 13-year-old child.

Lawyer: Asiah Abd Jalil Rumah Bonda & Bella Abuse Case Update

Asiah Abd Jalil is the lawyer of the accuser, Siti Bainun Ahd Razali, founder of Rumah Bonda. Currently, Siti is facing the charges of abusing a 13-year-child.

The case has taken a different turn after one of the eyewitnesses told the court that she had recorded the video of Bella’s injury. However, a volunteer at Ruman Bonda, Zurianty Sudin, has denied the video clip and told that it was leaked just to get social media attention.

Zurainty told this to the court on the third day of the trial after she was cross-examined by Siti’s lawyer, Asiah Abd Jalil. Furthermore, the court denied giving bail to the accuser.

Rumah Bonda & Bella Case Charges Explained

Rumah Bonda’s founder, Siti Bainun, is facing the charges of abusing Bella, a 13-year-old girl with down syndrome. 

As per the latest reports, Siti, 30, is charged with two counts of neglecting and abusing the teen, between February and June 2021, resulting in the victim sustaining physical and emotional injuries.
