Tinkelman only served half of her sentence before being deported to Canada. Tinkelman met Hayes on the sugar daddy website Seeking Arrangement, which she used after moving to California in 2013 to find rich men to fuel her heroin habit.
Hayes allegedly paid Tinkelman £2500 for supper with him before requesting that she meet him on a boat with a quantity of cocaine. She said she drove from Folsom, a suburb of Sacramento, California’s capital, to meet Forrest on his boat that night.
After an autopsy, it was determined that Forrest died practically quickly after being injected. According to Santa Cruz Police, Tinkelman stepped over the victim’s body multiple times while gathering her items.

Tinkelman was having an affair with Dean Riopelle. Riopelle was claimed to have been given a lethal cocktail of medications, booze, and heroin by Tinkelman.
Riopelle was the owner of a prominent music venue and died in Georgia from a heroin overdose. According to authorities, Tinkelman called 911 in a panic to report her spouse was unresponsive.
