Joe was born to his parents on December 13, 1979. His father, Colin Tizzard, was also a British racehorse trainer and trained the Cheltenham Gold Cup Native river winner.
Similarly, in 1988 Foxhunters’ Chase Joe earned his first Cheltenham Festival victory. Tizzard rode for Paul Nicolas after turning into a professional the following season.

Churches have an older brother named Andy Churches, who turned 30 on February 9, 2022. Rachel also owns a dog named Georgia and loves her very much.
Rachel and her parents own a large farm in New Zealand. They produce organic fruits and vegetables there.
The Churches family even owns a large number of cows, one of their main sources of the dairy business.

Joe Tizzard married his long-time girlfriend Rachel Churches on August 27, 2021, on Godney farm in Godney.
Joe and Rachel were in a long-term relationship. However, the couple hasn’t still revealed when and where they met. Rachel has even changed her surname to Tizzard.
As per Rachel’s Facebook post, the couple was already comfortable enough to travel with family and friends. On July 1, 2019, Rachel posted a picture of the couple hanging out with Rachel’s family.
A day after the wedding, Rachel had to be hospitalized as the couple was planning a good honeymoon trip. Joe panicked and waited almost 24 hours in a parking lot due to covid restrictions.
Later Rachel was sent home with antibiotics. However, she had to return to the hospital, which led to canceling their honeymoon trip to Spain.
Joe Tizzard’s Family History
Joe lives with his nuclear family in Venn Farm. There are four members in his family.
He lives with his mother, Pauline, and father, Colin Tizzard. He has an older sister named Kim and three other brothers as his siblings.
When Joe’s father, Colin, married his mother, Pauline, he moved from Milborne Port to Ven as a tenant farmer and lived in Caravan. Again after Joe was born to them, they shifted and bought a house known as Venn Farm.
The Tizzard family was and has always been supportive of the professional trainer. They were very supportive, especially his father when he first started horse riding.
The family trains more than 60 horses, of which 40 horses are trained in the main yard and the left 20 across the village.
