Hogan has been in Elite Athlete Programs since 2014 and has eight years of expertise in event management. During his high school days, he worked as a grocery clerk at Weis Markets. Before securing a job with P3R, he interned there for four months between May-August of 2013.
Jordan is a distance runner from Grande, California. She comes from a family of athletes. Her father was a basketball star in high school, while her mother was a national-level swimmer from England. She received great feats while at the University of Oregon. She won 18 All-American honors in the 2011 Mile, along with 3000 meters NCAA titles.

Hogan is currently working with P3R, a senior manager in Elite Athlete Program. He has worked with P3R for over eight years. Some of his event management experience includes UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon, DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon, U.S. Half Marathon Championships, EQT Pittsburgh 10 Miler, and even U.S. Olympic Team Trials Marathon.
Before venturing into the world of event management, he worked as a part of the marketing team at Oasis for Orphans.
P3R is an event management company that organizes spectator sports, and they are the wheels behind some of Pittsburgh’s biggest races. They have been successful in attracting America’s highest-profile professional athletes, but they offer activities to athletes of all abilities and ages.
Talking with Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s Omari Sankofa, he joked about how his job description might sound fancy. Still, he joked that his job seemed to be an odd mixture of a travel agent, professional mom, and sports agent.
As a senior manager in P3R, his job entails organizing for various elite athletes who are a part of their events. He oversees their travels, accommodations, and media appearances.
His alma mater is Penn State University, for an undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism. He attended Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, Pennslyvania.
While talking to Joanna and Farley’s podcast Pace The Nation, he said he was happy to work full-time in athlete management since many elite athletes also work 9-5 jobs on the side. Talking to them, Ryan said although he organizes events for elite athletes, he doesn’t like the limelight.

Jordan shared an adorable picture with Ryan on her Instagram with over 100k fans on August 14 this year.
Jordan and Ryan seemed to be smiling ear to ear and looked very sunkissed on the beach. Jordan cheekily hinted how happy both of them are and how her life has been all smiles after Jordan. And Jordan knows how to credit where the credit is due, and she thanked Ryan for all of this.
Her caption read, “Life has been nothing but smiles lately, thanks to you.” The caption was followed by a blessed emoji, a kiss emoji, and a heart.
The distance runner’s followers fleeted to her comment section to show their support for her new beau. The support ranged from fellow athletes to fans. Four times Obstacle Racing World Champion Amelia Boone expressed that she was happy for Jordan and Keira D’Amato chimed in with not one but three heart emojis.
Another eleven times US champion Aliphine Tuliamuk congratulated Jordan and added that she was happy to see them together. Furthermore, she said that they looked cute together. Jared Ward, an Olympian and BYU coach, also cheered on the couple with a heart and raising hand emoji.
Similarly, another commenter who goes by Max Petrosky gave Ryan his stamp of approval with his comment hinting that Hogan is a nice kid. Another user, Marian Florentino, shared the same sentiments, commenting that she was happy to see smiles on their faces.
