Julian Edelman sister Nicki Edelman is a treatment specialist and a fitness model. Edelman siblings were born in Redwood City in California.
Nicki and her two brothers were raised by their parents, Frank and Angie. One of her older brothers, Julian, is a former American footballer who played in the NFL and announced his retirement in 2021 after playing for 12 seasons.
Recently, he was featured in the episode of NFL Films, “A Football Life,” where he mentioned his football journey to the pros, with commentary from his parents, coaches, and teammates.
His father coached him, his mother was involved in fundraising, and Nicki was his cheerleader. She came to chant encouraging fighting words during his games.

Julian Edelman sister Nicki Edelman is a former teacher who is currently working as a Treatment Specialist.
Nicki also does part-time fitness modeling. She started her career as a physical education coach in 2009 while completing her undergraduate degree at SFSU.
She joined Menlo High School in Atherton, coached varsity softball for the girl’s team of Menlo, and led the team to win California Interscholastic Federation academic championship in 2010 and the WBAL co-championships in 2011.
After serving five years as a coach, she started teaching at Lakeshore Elementary School. As a part-time teacher, she joined in 2015, where she worked for only four months.
To continue her teaching career, the former Menlo coach joined her dream school, Woodside Elementary, in 2016 and started teaching 5th-grade students. She worked for a little over five years as a full-time teacher.
However, she left the teaching profession and started a new career as a treatment specialist in October 2022 at LaserAway.
Apart from that, she is a fitness model and was part of the Athletic series photographed by Amanda Cooper. For the series, she wore Nike and Lululemon.
Nicki Edelman Is The First Edelman To Graduate
Nicki Edelman is the first person from the Edelman family to have an undergraduate degree.
Born and raised in Redwood City, Nicki went to Roy Cloud Elementary School and Woodside High School for her schooling. She completed her high school and college life at San Francisco State University and received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal studies.
She studied an extra year to receive teaching credentials and could start teaching as soon as May 2015.
Raised in an athletic-oriented family, she chose the field of academics and made her family proud by walking the stage to receive her degree in 2015.
Julian said that Nikki beat him to be the first Edelman to get a degree since he stopped attending classes due to his football career. He only had two classes before he could receive his degree.
While studying at San Francisco State University, she already had a job lined up as a middle school physical education coach. She trained and guided the varsity softball team at Menlo High School for five years. Her coaching career helped her to become a teacher since it taught her to be disciplined and organized.
In March 2016, she started teaching fifth-grade students at Woodside Elementary school. She had worked as an educator for twelve years before changing her career in October 2022.
