Mika Midolo was born and raised in the city of Toronto. She is a citizen of Canada. She received her media training at Humber College in Toronto, where she earned an Honours Degree in Journalism.
Midolo teaches Pilates and is a certified PIO instructor in addition to being a Zumba fanatic. She is a multilingual individual who can communicate in English, French, Albanian, and Italian.
