There are a series of such videos on his channel which are now a subject of global concern, gathering thousands of views with each passing minute.
However, Noah has already been arrested by the police who are currently questioning him for other involvements. Looking at his Youtube channel, the shooting may be a result of mental illness.

Noah Esbensen belongs to the native Danish ethnic group.
The authorities have already confirmed his ethnicity as “Danish” but his religion remains unknown for the time being. The suspect seems to be mentally ill and it may be the reason he carried out such an incident.
