Ralf Herrmann is a well-known German TV reporter and journalist at Extra – The RTL Magazine (Extra – Das RTL-Magazin).
However, he got attention from the general public after his evolutionary Ralf, the midwife documentary movie. Those exciting and heart-touching moments he went through during the midwife process are truly applaudable.
The entire story of Ralf’s experiences, including the big climax, a home birth he helped as a midwife, was released on RTL on July 7th. He got an opportunity to study midwifery at the University of Health in Bochum.

Ralf Herrmann Lost More Than 10 kg In 2018
In 2018, Ralf Herrmann went through a massive weight loss experiment where he intended to lose 10 kilograms of his weight.

Without a diet, with just a diet modification, Tens of thousands of RTL viewers at the time followed his lead in a closed Facebook group and participated in the “Fit till Easter” campaign. Ralf reported on his success, as well as his obstacles, on the RTL show “Extra” regularly.
He managed to lose almost 15 kilograms of fat during the process. In January 2018, he was 90 kg but later in April, and it went down to 75.8 kg. But losing weight is not a big deal; the big deal is how you maintain it for a sustainable period, says his fitness coach.
