Vogle, a Louisiana native, is a graduate of Louisana State University in Cellular and Molecular Biology and has been working with NASM since 2018. She is also a pre and post-natal fitness specialist having joined AFPA’s team in 2019.

Before working at NASM and AFPA, Amanda used to work as a bartender at the Sandbar Shreveport and later at Phoenix Underground. She continued to work as a bartender until 2017 when she joined Anytime Fitness as a fitness trainer.
Through her personal website, AVL Fitness, Amanda connects with those who want to improve their fitness. She made the program online so that one could access the training from anywhere. She provides instructional videos of the exercises and has weekly-check ins with the clients.

Fitness is a large part of Amanda’s life as being a spouse of an athlete might sound fun, but also requires to be constantly traveling with them. She has four custom programs for her clients, with the beginner guide starting at $80. The beginner’s guide includes four weeks of workouts with three workouts per week.
The second program is the burn and strength guide available at $100 which will be for six weeks, and the third one is four weekly customized workout program which is also of the same price but has weekly check-ins.
The last one is eight weekly customized workout program priced at $180, which comes with an additional cardio workout. Stephanie might have taken a short break in the middle of the year as she delivered her second baby in September.

On September 20, 2014, Amanda changed her relationship status from single to in a relationship with Seth Lugo on the social media site. The Louisiana natives have shared several pictures of their outings from their early days on their respective Facebook handles.

Amanda has been with Seth since he was in the minor leagues with St Lucie Mets in 2014 and with Binghamton Mets in 2015. In 2016, as Seth played for Las Vegas Aviators, Vogle started making trips to Nevada to root for her partner.
But 2016 had a surprise waiting for the couple, as New York Mets promoted Seth to MLB. And after years of playing in the Minor Leagues, the pitcher had finally gained his spot for the New-York based club,
So from cheering at the Las Vegas stadium, Amanda started to be seen at the Citi Field posting photos with her partner from the sidelines. She also supported her partner’s choice of representing his paternal grandfather’s homeland on the international stage in 2017.

Engagement And Marriage
On December 2017, Amanda surprised her friends as she announced her engagement with the pitcher. Many of her friends rushed to congratulate her on the special occasion.
Later Amanda revealed that Seth had planned a surprise engagement as he proposed to her during a hiking trip to Kaneohe waterfalls. She shared the photo of the special occasion when Seth went down on one knee as he put the diamond ring on her finger.

A month after their engagement, the couple tied the knot on January 20, 2018. The Mets’ official Instagram page congratulated the couple on the special occasion by sharing a photo as they exchanged their vows.
As the years progressed, the couple kept on finding success in their respective fields, with Amanda becoming a trainer and Seth becoming a key player for the Mets. And after two years of being married, the couple welcomed a new addition to their family.
Becoming Parents
On March 19, 2020, Amanda gave birth to the couple’s first child, James. Two months later, the couple shared the photo of their baby boy on social media.

In an email exchange with New York Post in 2020, Seth revealed that he is fully utilising the time off with his newly born baby as at the time spring training schedule had been cancelled due to the COVID outbreak.
Earlier this year, Seth revealed that his son, James had to get two heart surgeries as the doctors found a hole. The surgery was a success but for a while, it did have the Lugo family turmoil not knowing what could happen.

Now James is fit and fine and has probably spent the last few months with his baby brother, Myles. Amanda shared the news of her second pregnancy earlier this year in June and shared the first glimpse of her new baby boy in October.
With Seth transferring from the Mets to the Padres, the Lugo family might have to start their new journey as family of four in San Diego.
