He was one of three people arrested that day inside the South Trail Cinema. He was set to from the Sarasota Jail the same night after posting a $219 bail.

Dan Dannheiser, Reubens’ Sarasota attorney, said his client would not receive a response. However, he stated that the charge would ruin Reuben’s career. Dannheiser stated that Reubens was in town on vacation.
