Frank James, 62, has been identified as the wanted guy by authorities.
He looked to have dozens of YouTube videos in which he riffed on current events in protracted, furious rants.
He blamed Black women for racial violence and used Russia’s invasion of Ukraine as proof that white people are genocidal.

Who Is Frank James? Brooklyn Subway Shooting Suspect
Frank James has been recognized as a person of interest in the Brooklyn subway attack.
James now divides his time between Wisconsin and Philadelphia. Investigators are looking for him as they try to figure out if he had anything to do with the shooting at a Brooklyn subway station.
A credit card with Mr. James’s name on it, as well as a key to a van that Mr. James had hired, were found at the scene of the shooting, according to two law enforcement officials.
It is shared that the suspect seems to have hired the van in Philadelphia a few days ago, driven it near to the subway line where the incident occurred, and then abandoned it there.

What Is Frank James Age?
Frank James Age is shared to be 62, according to NYTimes.
At least 29 people were shot or injured in the subway attack, which shook a city already shaken by a significant surge in crime.
