Furthermore, he spent two seasons in the USHL with the Green Bay Gamblers before joining the Badgers. The athlete enjoys working with teams to better himself and have a positive impact on the people around him.
Similarly, he loves a competitive atmosphere while working with a team to help people and enjoys his career as an athlete. Moreover, Caufield also interned at 1201 Capital Management LLC in the summer of 2022 in Madison, WI, to gain post-graduation experience in finance.

Caufield is the eldest son of Paul Caufield and Kelly Fitzgerald-Caufield, who hails from an athletic family.
The love for Ice hockey has transferred to three generations; his grandfather Wayne played in the Eastern Hockey League from 1963 to 1970. Later, Wayne became the Milwaukee Admirals’ player/coach and got inducted into Wisconsin Hockey’s Hall of Fame in 2011.
Likewise, his father, Paul, is the all-time leading scorer for the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. After playing for WSP from 1988 to 1992, he embarked on his journey to becoming an assistant coach at UWSP (2002 to 2006) and resumed his position as Ice Hawks Arena’s manager.
