Benjamin Mendy Told Diacko Fofana Girlfriend He Was Going To Kidnap Her
Diacko Fofana’s girlfriend was told by Benjamin Mendy that he wanted to kidnap her. The Manchester City defender has been on trial for seven counts of forcing himself on four women, one count of assault, and one count of attempted forceful behavior.

The 28-year-old City defender, Benjamin Mendy, allegedly asked his friend and fellow French teammate Diacko Fofana whether it was okay for him to sleep with his girlfriend, and Fofano, without any hesitation, gave his approval.
On November 8, Fofana’s girlfriend was heard by the jury at Chester Crown Court, where she gave details about her meeting with the French team defender.
The first accusation was made against the City defender on August 2021 after a woman aged 17, at the time, came forward with harrowing details. The City defender denies all the charges against him.

Diacko Fofana’s girlfriend accused Benjamin Mendy, the defender of Manchester City, of trying to force himself on her. The woman’s identity has been protected and she is one of six who accused Mendy of forcing himself on them.
Diacko Fofana’s girlfriend met the City defender in 2017 at a Barcelona nightclub. At the time, the defender was there to treat his injured knee, which he suffered during the game against Crystal Palace after colliding with Andros Townsend.
At the time, the woman was 29 years old and had struck up a conversation with Fofana, who was there with Benjamin. A year later, Fofana and his girlfriend stayed at Mendy’s house, The Spinney in Mottram St Andrew, Cheshire.
The three then went to a club in Manchester where the City player flirted with her, and he thought she fancied him. The next morning Mendy asked Fofana if it was okay for him to sleep with her, to which Fofana showed no hesitation to say okay.
Mendy told the jury that he then went to her room when she was taking a shower, and after she came out, he tried to seduce her. And when the defender asked to sleep with him, she replied saying no and was later upset hearing that her boyfriend had given the approval.
But Diacko’s girlfriend’s side of the story differs from that of Mendy. Diacko’s girlfriend was shocked when she saw the City defender enter the shower and quickly tried to grab a towel to cover herself while Mendy had his top off.
The 33-year-old further stated that the French defender grabbed her by the waist, and she tried to push him away as the defender tried to grab her from the back.

During partying at Manchester nightclub, Benjamin Mendy told Diacko Fofana’s girlfriend he wanted to kidnap her when Fofana was not looking.
The City defender said he commented on a joke thinking she fancied him rather than her boyfriend. The defender, Fofana, and the woman then went on to spend the night at Mendy’s mansion.
The incident occurred in 2018 at Mendy’s home in Mottram St Andrew, near Alderley Edge. The defender has denied all the allegations made against him. The first allegation against the star defender was made in 2021.
The French player has been accused of abusing his wealth and fame to lure women and got help from the “fixer,” Louis Saha Matturie. On Tuesday, Mendy sat in the witness as he gave details of his accounts with several women who have accused him.
The defender told the court that it was “honestly, so easy” for him to meet up with women and sleep with them because of his status and admitting he is no “Bradd Pitt.”

Louis Saha Matturie, age 41, is the alleged fixer of Benjamin Mendy. Louis Saha Matturie is originally from Sierra Leone and has six counts of forcing himself on four women, one count, and one count of assault.
A woman, aged 18, said she woke up to find Matturie forcing himself on her in his apartment in Chapel Street, Salford. At the time, she was only 16 and told the police she and her friend had visited Louis that morning.
The woman said when she tried to confront Louis and asked why he did that to her, the fixer replied, “I don’t know what you are on about.”
During interrogation, when police asked Matturie if it was because of his status that the girls would be interested in him, the 41-year-old replied, “It’s because genuinely I’m a nice person.”
