Curler EJ Harnden Wife Rachelle Harnden Married Life And Two Kids

EJ Harnden wife Rachelle Harnden gave birth to a baby girl Brooklyn after four years of their marriage in 2015.

Their firstborn is daughter Brooklyn who was born on June 10, 2015. The expecting couple announced Rachelle’s pregnancy through an Instagram post in December 2014. They shared a picture of them standing side by side, holding balloons in their hands, with the words Expected to Pop and June 2015 written on them. And on their free hand, they held together a picture on an ultrasound.

The couple could hardly wait to meet their little munchkin, as the caption suggested, which read, “Can’t wait to meet our little baby.”

Brooklyn has been named after her mother, and her full name is Brooklyn Rachelle Harnden.

When baby Brooklyn was born, proud Papa Harnden took upon Twitter to share his experience witnessing the birth of their daughter. The elated EJ wrote, “She cried & I cried with her – best day of my life – Welcome Brooklyn Rachelle Harnden, our treasure.” 

The Olympic gold medalist has never shied away from showing how happy he is to become a dad. He had a very no-frills photoshoot with Maddy Bee with his infant daughter, the shot which wonderfully captures EJ and his vulnerabilities as a parent. The picture was taken a right before Brooklyn managed to poop all over the new father.

Brooklyn turned seven in the June of this month. The proud papa EJ posted a photo of him and Brooklyn on her sixth birthday, and he mentioned how incredible it has been to see her grow and learn so much from her. The caption read, “My little girl is six today – Such an incredible experience watching her grow as she teaches me as much as I try and help/support her.”

Maverick Harnden is EJ and Rachelle’s second child, born in December 2017.

Maverick was born two years after his Brooklyn. The Canadian curler doesn’t miss an opportunity to show off his kids. On the occasion of Maverick’s first birthday, he took it upon Instagram to wish him a very happy birthday even though he couldn’t be home for his first birthday. 

He graced his fans with five pictures of Maverick. In one of them, Maverick is wearing a wee tuxedo and a bow tie with jeans, and he absolutely looks adorable. Both of the parents seemed absolutely to enjoy every second of Maverick’s first year. The caption read, “Happy Birthday to my little man Maverick and I can’t wait to celebrate when I get home. I can’t believe it has been a year already, but we have enjoyed every minute. Always smiling and full of joy, love him so much!”

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree; even at the age of 5, Maverick has joined the likes of his father and likes to curl.

Rachelle has worked as a real estate agent in the past; currently, she works as a sales representative.

Rachelle’s alma mater is Laurentian University- Algoma College. There she studied Bachelor of Business Administration and majored in Marketing. Rachelle worked as a full-time real estate agent at Century 21 Choice Realty Inc., where she helped many families find their dream homes. 

Currently, she is a sales representative at Royal LePage Northern Advantage, which helps people in The Great Hamilton area find their dream homes. She has worked here for over ten years and four months. The Hardens currently live in Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario, Canada.

As a realtor, Mrs. Harnden has many interests in home improvements, home staging, and exterior improvements. Apart from this, Rachelle has a sweet tooth. She has a knack for baking and likes to try out different recipes. Rachelle also likes to keep her kids busy with craft projects as well. Furthermore, the mom of two thinks Margaritas are never a bad idea.
