George Kittle sister Emma Kittle was a volleyball player for eight years. Emma is now a yoga instructor and podcaster.
Emma is 32 years old, three years older than her three-time Pro-Bowler younger brother. Being surrounded by athletes all her life and formerly being one herself, she specializes in yoga catering to athletes.
The Iowa-raised sibling pair is very supportive of each other. Emma is often seen cheering on the sidelines while her little brother plays for the San Francisco 49ers. George is also supportive of his big sister and his brother-in-law, Cody Ponce, the baseball pitcher for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters.
Emma’s story of how she got into yoga is nothing short of inspirational. Her motivation is to help people connect with their minds and bodies.

George Kittle sister Emma Kittle played Division one volleyball at the University of Oklahoma.
Emma has a Bachelor’s degree in online journalism. Her initial life plan was to become a lawyer, just like her dad, Bruce Kettle. But bearing the stress and anxiety of having to plan her life so rigidly is how she found yoga.
Like any student chasing after a lifestyle they are not sure they want, Emma found herself burnt out and panicking about her future. Playing volleyball helped, but it couldn’t distract her from questioning her true passion. After initially turning to wine, Emma found that yoga helped her relieve stress and gain mental clarity.
Instead of joining a Law school, she enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program after taking the LSAT. Since then, she has been a yoga instructor to many athletes and non-athletes alike.
Being the sister of an NFL All-Pro, Emma has made special yoga courses for NFL prospects who want to enhance and broaden their American football careers. She does not discriminate, however, and has courses for aspiring yogis at all levels.
Aside from yoga, Emma is also the most active podcaster on her family podcast, hiddenpearlspodcast.

Cody Ponce and Emma Kittle Are Dating
Emma Kittle is dating baseball player Cody Ponce. Cody made their relationship public in June 2022.
Emma and Cody have not revealed when or how they got together, but we assume it was earlier this year. The couple first confirmed their rumored relationship to be true when Cody posted some sweet pictures of them together on Instagram.
Emma first posted a picture of the two of them together on October 30, 2022. The couple is occasionally seen going to the beach or on a fancy date.
In late 2021, Cody signed with Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters of Nippon Professional Baseball in Japan, where he is performing exceptionally. While a long-distance relationship is always hard, Cody and Emma seem to be taking it really well.
Tagging along with Emma, Cody occasionally watches George play for the 49ers. He seems to have built a good relationship with her family. “Big sis and Lil bro (in-law)! So much love to each of you,”George Kettle wrote.
It isn’t surprising that Emma is dating a baseball player. Sports and athletes were always a major part of her life. Perhaps body and mental fitness are one of the topics the duo bonded over in their initial days as a couple.
In her yoga instructing career, she specializes in training athletes, especially the ones who think their bodies are too rigid for yoga. She has taught multiple volleyball, football, golf, softball, and baseball players that anybody can do yoga with the right mindset.
